General

• First and foremost, respect all staff members and their decisions. They will be made fairly with no bias intakes. If you feel a decision has been ill-treated or misunderstood then a conference can be set up between you and the staff.
  
• There is to be no racism, religious talk and the alike in OOC. Nor is it to be Incorporated in a RP if it is directed at the player of the character. Bullying WILL NOT be tolerated here and strict punishment will be set in place.
  
• No fighting will be tolerated. I, and I'm sure many others, respect people who can act mature and act like the bigger person. Keep your anger in check and speak things out without referring to issues like a caveman.
  
• NO links with content promoting the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, nudity, or any other form of adult content, profanity, hate, "spam," fraud, racism, mlm, pyramid schemes, or promote any illegal activity.
  
• Everyone MUST speak in English. Some quotes may be used in other languages though a translation must be submitted as well. You may not swear or break any of the above rules in other languages.
  

General Role-play

• All posts must be a minimum of 150 words long. Even if you have a mind blank that should be reachable (This does not include starter/ending lyrics)
  
• Swearing is allowed though keep it to a minimum
  
• Do not create completely colored posts. They do tend to hurt the eyes
  
• When speaking make sure you put the words into speech brackets and either bold or color the words. eg. "Hello" "Hi"
  
• Please spell check your posts and make sure to check your grammar. It makes it easier to understand.
  
• Don't put lyrics between each line or paragraph, it tends to be quite annoying though you may use a few lines at the start and end of your post
  

Profiles

• You may or may not include your personal information (Age, Gender, Location, Msgers)
  
• A link to your characters collective profiles must be placed within your signature.

• Please make sure signatures are not too large. Preferably nothing over 600(Width)x200(Height)
  
• All avatars are to be 100x100
  
• Your name does not have to be that of your characters though there is to be no profanity within it. Please don't alter it too much if you change it, let people be able to recognize you almost instantly.
  

Herds/Claims

• To claim a land you must make a claiming post within the realm you wish to reside in. You're claim will be played through with the Alpha of the chosen realm
  
• You may only claim one land to hold your herd though you may move through allies lands if needed (Provided the lead of the allied land allows it)
  
• You may only claim a land within a realm of your alignment
  
• Both stallions and mares may claim a land though it is advisable for a mare to possess a lead stallion in the case of a challenge
  
• The horse must be 3 years or older to claim a land
  
• You may have as many members as your Alpha allows in the land (though be considerate of others, don't post in every thread to claim)
  
• Both mares and stallions can be claimed. Foals must be adopted by a parent-figure
  
• You may not forcibly claim another unless within lands that allow it
  
• You may only be Alpha of one land though you may have 3 lead horses (Character wise)
  

Fighting/Stealths

• Alpha positions/herd lands are not able to be stealthed though they may be challenged for though the Alpha may call upon their warriors to fight alongside them or for them
  
• Fights/Stealths that do not happen in the appropriate board will not be judged
  
• Stealths may be in the form of riddles, poems, puzzles, posts and the alike
  
• They must be primarily in English
  
• Stealths for single equines last for four days, a herd or land is seven days
  
• You may stealth or fight for an equine not of your alignment though you may only inhabit lands of your alignment
  
• An administrator or appointed moderator decides whether the stealth is acceptable/successful
  
• Stealths from a leader whom is acknowledge to be away (posted in the absence board) will be postponed until they return
  
• If the leader whom is being stealthed from pronounces they will be absent 3 three days into a stealth it will still be valid
  
• You may only guess whom/what is being stealthed three times. Only post your guess if you are the one being stealthed from (Only Alpha's, leads and beta's)
  
• If your stealth gets revealed you may chose to fight for the prize or just withdraw
  
  
• If there is going to be graphic fighting then please put [G] in the heading
  
• Fights which are not plotted as to who wins will be judged by an appointed administrator or moderator (post in the fight board to get their attention)
  
• Each participant gets fifteen posts before the outcome is judged
  
• Permanent injuries may be placed upon combatants if the Administrator/moderator sees fit
  
• You may not kill another equine without the role-players permission or the permission of an administrator/moderator
  

Breeding/Birthing

• No graphic or long breedings
  
• Breeding posts may be within lawless lands, breeding grounds of home herd lands
  
• Force breeding may only happen within lawless lands, fighting grounds or on home herd lands
  
• Breeding is permitted off season though conception will only happen from Early spring to Late summer
  
• Foals are born the next spring/summer after the breeding (Check Calender). Any early births may result in a foal with deformities (If the mare is impregnated in late spring then she must birth in late spring next season, no earlier etc)
  
• Birthing may happen in any land though if it is graphic make sure to put a warning in the heading
  
• You may chose to still born or miscarry the foal
  
• Post the parents stats in the foaling board and the foals stats will be decided
  (Parental stats;
  Name, Breed, Color, markings, any diseases/disabilities/sickness while concepted or birthed, heights)
  
• Only two set of twins will be born per season. Do not ask for them, they will be decided by the dice roll
  

Adoption

• Foals that are not yet weaned must find a milk producing mother
  
• Foals that are weaned may be adopted by mares or stallions or chose to live alone (though there is a change they will not survive)
  
• Within adoption lands foals have the right to accept or decline offers
  
• Each adult horse may only adopt two unweaned foals at a time

PUNISHMENTS

• First break of rules will result in a warning
  
• Second break of rules will result in a one week ban
  
• Third break of rules will result in a one month ban
  
• Fourth break of rules will result in deletion
  
  
• Administrators or Moderators may decide to ban or delete you without warning if they feel an important rule has been breached
